I have a radar 24 ver… 3.41.43 alpha

Whenever I try to burn audio CD’s or data CD’s the machine won’t burn. It says burn failed – task incomplete. When I boot into the OS it doesn’t see the external drives and I can’t figure out how to mount them. Is there a way to export .wav from the radar to a thumb drive or USB hard drive? If so what file system format would the drives need to be in and how would I go about doing it?

Any information in this would be greatly appreciated..

First, upgrading to 3.44 software would be beneficial, for it contains several bug fixes.

Next, you can send us a debug log after a failed burn. Just attach it to an email and send it to support@izcorp.com for an analysis.

Finally, you can contact the iZ sales department to obtain a USB 2.0 card upgrade. This will allow you to use USB storage devices with the RADAR.
