I am using two Radars connected via Radar link. I have a session controller and 48 ch meter bridge. Both Radars are running V3.44 software.
The master is analogue only, no digital cards fitted. The slave has the TDIF card installed.
My plan was to record via anlogue inputs on channels 1~24 and TDIF for channels 25~48. As there is no digital card in the master I can not choose TDIF as the input source. Consequently, in order to access TDIF on the slave I have to go into solo mode. The problem is that when in solo mode the slave machine does not show any activity on the meter bridge when in record. Audio is recorded and if I then swith back to Radar link the playback signal is there on the meter bridge at channels 25 & 26.
My question is: Is this a fault or is this what you would expect to happen. I know, for example, that no image is available on the monitor screen from the slave when in solo mode so, is the same true of the meter bridge?

What you're experiencing when going into solo mode is what you would expect to happen. Seeing the tracks on the meterbridge at this configuration has never been a RADAR feature.

In order to see all the tracks displayed on the meterbridge, the master must be the RADAR fitted with the TDIF card. From there, you need to check your digital routing to ensure that the tracks corresponding to the master (1-24) are the only ones selected for digital inputs. This way, the other tracks (25-48) will default to analogue since they won't be set for digital. You will then be able to see all tracks displayed on the meterbridge.
